After coming to the United States at a young age, Paulino dedicated his career to mastering the art of hibachi cooking. Years later, he decided to build his own dream — creating a brand focused on quality, speed, and unforgettable flavor.

Today, Mr. Hibachi Loco proudly serves Indianapolis with freshly cooked-to-order hibachi plates, premium proteins, seasoned fried rice or noodles, and signature house-made sauces.
